Are you looking for a job in Web3? Do you need fresh talent to take your project to the next stage? Say hello to the Ecosystem Job Board.

Polygon has launched a dedicated web portal that helps bridge the gap between decentralized applications (dApps) in its ecosystem looking for the right talent and those looking for career opportunities in Web3.

There are more than 7,000 dApps currently building on Polygon, according to the world’s leading Web3 developer platform Alchemy. The broader community across various social channels totals more than 1.5 million blockchain enthusiasts, spanning developers, content creators, business development professionals, and marketers worldwide.

DApps can get started on their talent search by filling out this form. Polygon will scrape job listings from their careers pages along with third-party websites and will automatically update job listings. The team is also working on a system, which will be live in about a week, where projects can register themselves on the job board and our system will automatically sync listings. Our system will also keep all the listings updated, add new ones and remove closed listings.

Job seekers can apply directly by submitting a resume or creating a profile to be notified about relevant openings based on their interest, skills, and experience.

Polygon is building a complete suite of solutions that is similar to what Amazon Web Services offers Web2 developers -- a tool for every possible use case and scaling at a click of a button. The core team recently raised $450 million in a funding round led by Sequoia Capital India to continue investing in its ecosystem as it aims to onboard the next billion users to Ethereum.

Keep up with the latest news on the Polygon blog and be a part of our social ecosystem!
