This Polygon ID Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) describes how ZKID Labs AG collects, uses, and discloses information about you in connection with your use of the Polygon ID mobile application and any related services, tools and features (collectively, the “App”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as a user of the App.

We encourage you to periodically review the Privacy Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any products, services, websites, or content that are offered by third parties or have their own privacy policy.

2. What information do we receive from you or collect?

We do not collect or store any information about you when you download or use the App. Your information will not be used for any purpose without your consent. The App also does not use or incorporate any analytics or tracking technologies.  

We do not share any information with third parties. 

3. Children’s Information

The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
